Caller details
It collects the caller’s name, number, address and what they need, one question at a time, then reads the details back so nothing is taken down wrong.
How it works
When a call comes in, HumanlyVoice picks up in your business name, works out what the caller needs, books them in if they want an appointment, then sends your team a summary. Here is what happens on every call.
No card or account needed for the phone demo. Normal call charges may apply. The demo cannot make real bookings, transfer calls or send messages.
Step 1
Calls are answered 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, with the greeting you write. You choose the voice, including Australian accents, and the receptionist always introduces itself as an AI receptionist.
You keep your existing number and choose which calls are forwarded: every call, after-hours calls only, or only the calls you don’t answer.
Step 2
It collects the caller’s name, number, address and what they need, one question at a time, then reads the details back so nothing is taken down wrong.
Questions about your services, prices, hours and service area are answered only from the information you provide. You decide what happens when it doesn’t know, such as taking a message.
You set rules for urgent calls, like a leak after hours, so they can be flagged to your team straight away instead of waiting for the morning.
Step 3
Once your calendar is connected, the receptionist offers times from your calendar and follows the appointment types and rules you set. Test the booking flow with your team before you forward customer calls. Callers who would rather not book can leave their details for a call back.
Step 4
Each call ends with a summary for your team to follow up: who called, why they called and the details they gave, so you can pick up the conversation without listening back.
Step 5
It always tells callers it is an AI receptionist.
It only uses the information you have given it. Anything outside that follows the rule you set, such as taking a message.
Pricing that needs an assessment, technical advice and emergencies stay with your team. Do not rely on it for safety advice or emergency dispatch.
