Privacy Policy

Effective 17 October 2026

This policy explains how HumanlyVoiceAI (HumanlyVoice, Humanly, we, us) handles personal information when you visit humanlyvoice.ai, subscribe to Business AI, contact us, or use our hosted voice agent service.

Information we handle

Account and onboarding information includes your name, email, phone number, business details, timezone, services and agent instructions. We also handle subscription and payment status, support correspondence, and technical information such as IP addresses, device details and service logs. Payments are processed through Stripe; do not send full card details to Humanly support.

Depending on your agent settings, the service processes caller phone numbers, conversation audio, transcripts, summaries, contact details and booking information. Audio may be processed to provide speech recognition and speech output even when a recording is not retained. Do not put passwords, payment card details or sensitive customer records into agent prompts or the setup form.

How information is collected and used

We collect information through signup and setup forms, your workspace, support requests, connected services and calls to configured agents. We use it to create and maintain accounts, provide and customize agents, process subscriptions, route calls, arrange bookings when enabled, troubleshoot problems and protect the service. Required signup information is needed to provide your account; optional setup information helps us support you.

Your callers and business data

When you use Humanly for your business, you decide what your agent collects and how it is configured. You must give callers appropriate notice of AI processing and any recording, obtain required permissions, and provide your own privacy information. We process that business data to supply and support your service. Callers seeking access, correction or deletion should contact the business they called; we can help direct a request to the appropriate account.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for the workspace and voice service, Stripe for payments, and the hosting, AI and telecommunications providers needed to deliver those services. Information may be disclosed to these providers, to integrations you choose, and where required by law. These services can process information outside Australia, including in the United States; other processing locations depend on the provider and features used. Contact us for current provider and location information relevant to your account.

Provider information: HighLevel privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy.

Cookies and communications

Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar storage for sessions, security and service operation. You can control cookies in your browser, though blocking them may affect login or checkout. Account activation, billing and service messages are part of delivering your subscription. You may ask to stop optional marketing communications.

Security and retention

We use the platform’s access controls and restrict account administration to service and support needs. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as needed to operate your account, resolve support or billing issues and meet legal obligations. Retention also depends on configured platform features and provider backups. You may request deletion or export; we will explain any information that must be retained and any applicable limitations.

Access, corrections and complaints

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, ask about data handling, or make a privacy complaint. Please identify your account and describe your request without including sensitive records. We may verify your identity before releasing or changing data. We aim to respond to privacy complaints within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where applicable.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes affecting existing customers through an appropriate account channel.
