How Starter minutes work

Starter includes 100 AI call minutes each calendar month, including during the trial. Minutes reset on the 1st of each month. When all 100 are used, the receptionist pauses until the reset, so there are no overage charges. If you regularly need more, Unlimited removes the cap.

Trial and cancellation

Every plan starts with 30 days free. A card is needed to start: nothing is charged today, and a A$1 card check is released straight away. Billing starts on day 31 unless you cancel.

Cancel any time by email, with no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
